How long will my order take to arrive?

It usually takes 1–6 business days to create your products.

Cards: 1–3 days
Posters, Canvas, and Frames: 1–4 days
Calendars: 2–3 days

And another average of 1–4 business days to deliver your order for most products and destinations.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

You can calculate your shipping fee once you have added your items to your cart. Please enter the destination country to see prices and delivery options.

My order hasn't arrived, what should i do?

If you have not received your items please email hello@creadivart.com

If your order is missing because you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address you will be charged for redelivery.

What do i do if my order is damaged or i receive the wrong item?

We want you to receive our products in pristine condition. In the unfortunate case your order arrives damaged in the mail, please Report a problem through the mail or contact form within 14 days from receiving the item and we will be happy to send you a replacement order. Be sure to include:

• A description of the problem and details about how the order was packaged.
• Pictures of the damaged order item(s) and its packaging (outside of the packaging and its inserts).

Can i post images on my website, blog or social media account?
